The Cyber Shop is the "Online Sales" side of RS Custom Machine. As we are a machine shop and NOT a retail outlet, we do not always have every part in stock. We do try and maintain a constantly stocked supply, sometimes our orders exceed our stock.

 

We begin processing all orders as soon as the payments are received. It usually takes 2-3 days to process, package and ship if all items are in stock. If a part is out of stock, a work order is issued and the machining process begins if it has not already been triggered by our low stock limit. In cases of "Out of Stock" items it mar require an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery but we will do everything in our power to expedite those orders and ship ASAP.
